We meet you in person to better understand your product and current challenges. It helps us to kick-start our collaboration and define next steps.
We observe, research and interview your customers to understand the market better as well as define the business opportunities for you.
We prototype and test every week to discover the best possible design layout that would be clear for your users.
We run multiple workshops with you to craft a long-term UX strategy for your product and define how to measure its performance.
At the very end, you get a pixel-perfect UI design that we are ready to adjust based on your comments if there are any.
Once the you are happy with the deliverables, we can look to discuss the maintenance of the UI design. We understand over time, things may need to be amended to keep the UI up to date.
What is a Discovery Workshop?
The goal of a discovery workshop is to create consensus for project milestones and plans. Discovery workshops are a useful tool to help UXers:
• Understand business requirements at the beginning of an initiative
• Gather existing knowledge from client or stakeholder teams
• Create consensus on plans and priorities for a project
When you do UX research, you’ll be better able to give users the best solutions—because you can discover exactly what they need. You can apply UX research at any stage of the design process. UX researchers often begin with qualitative measures, to determine users’ motivations and needs. Later, they might use quantitative measures to test their results.
There are several prototyping tools available, like InVison, UXPin, ProtoPie, Proto.io, or JustInMind. With these tools, you generally create or import mockups of pages. You connect pages and elements together by defining clickable areas like menus and buttons and specifying what happens when they are clicked – a new page? A different button state? A modal window? A user can then explore the interface with an illusion of functionality.
What is User Interface Design?
User interface (UI) design is the process designers use to build interfaces in software or computerised devices, focusing on looks or style. Designers aim to create interfaces which users find easy to use and pleasurable. UI design refers to graphical user interfaces and other forms—e.g., voice-controlled interfaces.
